- All work requests are completed Friday-Sunday following your request.
- Rush orders are possible, schedule permitting. Just ask. A rush fee may apply.

- Complete the Support Ticket Order Form with as much detail as possible about the issues you are experiencing with your site.
- Once your order is received, a payment link will be emailed, including payment instructions according to your chosen payment method. You may request to have your credit card on file automatically billed (faster processing).
- Work cannot be completed until payment is received.
- All subsequent communications will be via What'sApp.
- If you do not hear from us soon and you are panicking, feel free to reach out on What'sApp after your support ticket has been submitted.

- Credit card payments in USD require a 3.5% merchant transaction fee on top of your work request fee.
- Zelle payments (USA) have no service transaction fee.
- Venmo payments (USA) have no service transaction fee.
