So, if it is a custom project that you desire, go for it! We’ll make it happen.

- Complete the Services Order Form with as much detail as possible.
- Once your order is received, a deposit invoice will be emailed, including payment instructions according to your chosen payment method.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Deposit details will be sent by email. Invoices will be labeled EMG.
- Your complimentary consultation will be scheduled!
The Process
The Process
- All new client relationships begin with a complimentary phone consultation. We want to get to know you and we want you to know us.
- We will discuss all of your needs as well as all design aspects (color scheme, fonts, logo, etc.).
- You will receive a comprehensive, easy form to complete that includes options for all of your design aspect choices.
- If you are ordering content, you will receive the Content Writing Process form (CWP), a fun process of us getting to know the girl behind the words.
- A start date and completion date will be scheduled.
- We will guide you on what to send us - photos, social media details, logins, etc.
- We will answer any initial questions you may have.
- Receipt of deposit confirms your order and secures a start date.
Payment Methods
Payment Methods
- Credit card payments in USD require a service greater than $400 and a 3.5% merchant transaction fee on top of your service fee.
- Zelle payments (USA) have no service transaction fee.
- Bizum payments (Europe) require a 21% VAT on top of your service fee.
- US wire transfer is available for a fee. Please ask and details will be provided.
- International wire transfer is available for a fee. Please ask and details will be provided.
- Installments are available. Yay! Ask about the Elegant Layaway Plan. 😀
