ORDER GUIDELINES
- Complete the Services Order Form with as much detail as possible.
- Once your order is received, a deposit invoice will be emailed, including payment instructions according to your chosen payment method.
- Visit our Color Palette Here to select your colors. (Up to 4 contrasting/complimentary colors.)
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Deposit details will be sent by email. Invoices will be labeled EMG.
- For deposits on Bespoke packages, please enquire.
- Your complimentary consultation will be scheduled!
PAYMENT METHODS
WHAT TO EXPECT
- All new client relationships begin with a complimentary phone consultation. We want to get to know you and we want you to know us.
- Visit our Color Palette Here to select your colors. (Up to 4 contrasting/complimentary colors.)
- We will discuss all of your needs as well as all design aspects (color scheme, fonts, logo, etc.).
- You will receive a comprehensive, easy form to complete that includes options for all of your design aspect choices.
- If you are ordering content, you will receive an email or WA message requesting a time to schedule a fun and interactive, free consultation so that we can get acquainted and get to know the girl behind the personality.
- A start date and completion date will be scheduled.
- We will guide you on what to send us - photos, social media details, logins, etc.
- We will answer any initial questions you may have.
- Receipt of deposit confirms your order and secures a start date.
DEPOSITS
- Website template orders - a 3-month deposit is due and payable upfront to secure a start date for your project.
- Bespoke website orders - a 50% deposit is required to secure your order and a start date. If you opt for the Elegant Layaway Plan, we will discuss terms that work for you, and payments will be arranged accordingly. Please enquire for more details.
- Content orders - a 50% deposit is required to secure your order and a start date.
- Consulting fees - there is a 2-hour minimum, due and payable to schedule your first consultation.
- Marketing solutions - please enquire.
- Premium packages - a 50% deposit is required to schedule a start date. Premium packages are eligible for the Elegant Layaway Plan. Just ask.

If you would like to plan in advance for a new Bespoke website or Premium project, but are on a budget, we have a plan to meet your financial needs.
